1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of wolfberg.ai (the "Site") and any services provided by Wolfberg LLC ("Wolfberg," "we," "us," or "our"), including our SMS messaging program described below. By using the Site, submitting our contact form, or opting in to receive SMS messages from us, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site or our services.
2. About this site and our services
Wolfberg LLC is an AI operating-model company based in Alexandria, Virginia. The Site provides information about Wolfberg's services and offers ways for visitors to get in touch — including a contact form and links to schedule a meeting. Use of the Site does not, by itself, create a service relationship between you and Wolfberg. Any engagement we agree to will be governed by a separate written agreement.
3. SMS messaging program terms
This section is the complete terms of the Wolfberg LLC SMS messaging program. By providing your mobile phone number on our contact form and checking the SMS consent checkbox, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from us under these terms.
Program name: Wolfberg LLC.
Program description: Wolfberg LLC sends operational and account-related SMS messages — including meeting and appointment confirmations, inquiry follow-ups, and service notifications — to users who have opted in via our website contact form. Messages are sent only to users who have given express consent through the checkbox at the time of opt-in.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any engagement that follows.
Message and data rates may apply. Standard message and data rates from your mobile carrier may apply to messages you send and receive. Wolfberg LLC is not responsible for these charges.
Opt-out: You can opt out of the SMS program at any time. Reply STOP to opt out. After replying STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS messages from us.

Consent is not a condition: Your consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase, service, or other engagement with Wolfberg LLC. You may use the contact form without opting in to SMS.
Mobile information sharing: Mobile information collected as part of the SMS program — including your phone number, your consent, and the content of the messages we exchange — is used only to operate the SMS program described in these Terms. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
Carrier disclaimer: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is provided through our messaging partner; delivery is not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier conditions, your device, or other factors outside our control.
Supported carriers: The SMS program supports messages to and from U.S. mobile carriers. If your carrier is not supported, you may not be able to receive messages from us.

4. Intellectual property

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the Site without our prior written consent.

7. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Site or our services will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
8. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated through the Site. Your continued use of the Site or our services after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
