Wolfberg LLC ("Wolfberg," "we," "us," or "our") is a Virginia limited liability company based in Alexandria, Virginia. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you visit wolfberg.ai or interact with our services.

• Information you provide: When you submit our contact form or book a conversation through our calendar links, we collect the information you give us — typically your name, email address, organization (if provided), phone number (if provided), urgency, and the content of your message. If you opt in to SMS messages, we also record your consent and the date you gave it.
• Information collected automatically: Standard server and content-delivery information, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and timestamps. This information is used for site operation, security, and basic traffic measurement. We do not currently use third-party analytics tools or tracking pixels on this site.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiry and provide the services you've asked about.
• Send you operational messages about your inquiry or engagement (for example, confirming a meeting time or following up on a question).
• If you've opted in to SMS messages by checking the consent checkbox on the contact form, send you the SMS messages described in our Terms and Conditions.
• Operate, secure, and improve our site and services.
• Comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing or promotional purposes.

4. SMS messaging program

If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent checkbox on our contact form, you are opting in to receive SMS messages from Wolfberg LLC about your inquiry and related services.

• Your mobile phone number and SMS consent are used only to send you the messages you consented to receive. We do not sell or share mobile information with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
• Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of any purchase or service. You can contact us without consenting to SMS.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Message frequency varies based on your inquiry.
• You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. For help, reply HELP, or email berg@wolfberg.ai.

5. Service providers

We use the following service providers to operate this site and our services. These providers handle information on our behalf and are bound by their own privacy and security obligations:

• Amazon Web Services (AWS): hosting, storage, and content delivery.
• Google (Workspace and Appointment Schedules): business email at berg@wolfberg.ai and meeting scheduling links on our Contact page.
• Twilio: SMS message delivery, only if you have opted in to SMS.

6. Data retention

We retain the information you submit through our contact form, calendar bookings, or other direct communications for as long as is reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, provide the services you've asked about, and maintain ordinary business records — typically up to 24 months after our last contact, unless a longer period is required by law or by an active engagement.

If you withdraw your SMS consent by replying STOP, we will stop sending you SMS messages promptly, and we will retain a record of your opt-out to honor your preference going forward.

7. Your rights

You can request access to the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Send your request to berg@wolfberg.ai and we will respond within a reasonable time, subject to any legal obligations that require us to retain certain records.

8. Cookies

We do not currently use cookies for tracking, analytics, or advertising on this site. Our hosting provider (AWS CloudFront) may set technical cookies used to operate the content-delivery layer; these are not used to identify or profile individual visitors.

9. Children's privacy

This site and our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at berg@wolfberg.ai and we will delete it.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Material changes will also be communicated through our site. Your continued use of the site after a change indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
