Trust chain · provenance

Real governed runtime. Sensor detections enter via the P0 contract; fusion runs in-process (radar GNN + Kalman for air, AIS-correlation for maritime, mosaic-fusion for imagery). The gate is a deterministic graduated-authority decision over the fused track and the authority envelope; the LLM is provably off the kill chain.

Every operator action is hash-chained and Ed25519-signed. The envelope's signature is ledger entry #1 — the human's authority grant is itself the first non-repudiable record. The full chain is verifiable under the Open Chain button on the ledger strip.

Data posture: real open-source corpus per mission, synthetic tactical scenario as the oracle answer key. No classified, no PII. Simulated effectors throughout — no live effect.

All-weather posture (design, not a built feature): radar and RF detection are weather-independent by design; the EO/IR sensor is the clear-air adjunct. The console renders the modalities the corpus provides; sensor-degradation modeling is not in scope.

Power envelope (design, not a measured budget): the edge profile targets a SWaP-constrained Greengrass v2 node; the demo runs on EC2 for reproducibility. No measured battery / duty-cycle figure is claimed.
