One core, two faces: what we know, and the machine that keeps what we know honest.
The left face is the knowledge: the people, the doctrine, the work,
what it makes. The right face is the machine: the surfaces, the guards, the
disciplines. Both attach to the record at the centre, and the loop runs through
it: six stations, one lap at a time, none of them skippable.
◍ The gold climber rises as laps compile lessons into constraints. Some
laps hold: a failure class that is measured but not yet lifted keeps the climber
flat, on purpose. The cadence drawn here is illustrative; the measured count is what
counts. Stronger where structure can reach; honest at the edges where it can't yet.
